Jaguars’ Matt Jones Arrested, Police Say He Possessed Cocaine

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Matt Jones has been arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance in Washington County, Arkansas.
The Washington County Detention Center web site says (via PFT) that Jones was booked at 4:11 a.m. today. There is no information about what controlled substance he was found to be in possession of, but KFSM in Arkansas reports that a police report says officers found cocaine in a truck that Jones was sitting in, and saw cocaine on Jones’ hand.
The incident could subject Jones to league discipline, even if he has never failed a drug test.
