--The Bengals lost their fifth free agent when Glenn Holt signed with the Vikings. Holt was not expected to return after the team did not tender an offer to him as a restricted free agent and Andre Caldwell took over the kick return duties.
--The team's offseason voluntary workout program will begin on March 30 at Paul Brown Stadium. Chad Ocho Cinco is expected to be there after missing last year.
--The Bengals had just 17 sacks last season, which was the third least in the NFL. They narrowly avoided the team record for least sacks by one, which was set in the team's second season of 1969.
--All-Pro safety Roy Williams visited the Bengals on Thursday. He played under defensive coordinator Mike Zimmer in Dallas.
