After signing his franchise tender on April 30, Graham reported to the team's offseason conditioning program. The team and Graham have until July 15 to agree to a longer term deal or else they can't resume negotiations until the end of the regular season.

"Well, it's partly up to me but mostly not up to me," said Graham when asked about a new deal. "I had some disappointment in being franchised, but I got over it and either way I'm a part of the team. I appreciate the fact that they felt there was value in franchising me but just a little disappointment there wasn't a real serious effort made to sign a long-term deal."

--The Bengals will be this year's featured team on "Hard Knocks: Training Camp". The five-week, hour-long series begins on Aug. 12.

This is the fifth year of the series -- Baltimore was the first team to appear in 2001, followed by Dallas in 2002. There was a five-year hiatus before the series picked up again with Kansas City in 2007 and the Cowboys last year.

"This is the biggest show that we do every year," said NFL Films president Steve Sabol. "The unique nature of this show is there is no shooting script or format and a minimal production plan. We don't know what is going to happen.

"It's much like building an airplane in flight. We're taking off, we're not sure where it's going to go and we hope we don't crash. But that's what makes it exciting. It's about people and you're not sure what is going to happen."

--The first OTA is on Tuesday, which means it's the first opportunity to see everyone on the field. Quarterback Carson Palmer, who is coming off an elbow injury from last season, says he will throw about 150 passes, which is the norm.

"I'm very eager to get back out there and participate," said Palmer, who played in only four games last year. "I enjoy practice and getting on the field and working. It should be exciting when you combine the young faces we have with those fighting for jobs."

Training camp is expected to open on July 30 at Georgetown (Ky.) College. There has been speculation that this will be the Bengals last year at Georgetown and that they would train at their facility at Paul Brown Stadium next year.
