--The Bengals on Monday added LB Darryl Blackstock to the 53-man roster and waived CB Geoffrey Pope. Blackstock was suspended for four games for using an over-the-counter nutritional supplement that contained a banned substance. He played in Games 1-5, making one start and recording four tackles on defense and one on special teams.
Pope, a first-year player, played in three games and was active for four.
--OG Andrew Whitworth said he would appeal his $10,000 fine for fighting during the Nov. 2 game with Jacksonville DT John Henderson, who received the same fine.
Nine other Bengals will receive fines of $2,500 or $5,000 by the NFL for "entering the fight area" during the Whitworth-Henderson skirmish.
--The Bengals are 1-3 at home and will play four of their final seven games at Paul Brown Stadium.
